Overview
From 1799-1855, Sainte Antoine Cemetery was the site of approximately 70, 000 burials, many of them interred in mass graves due to a series of Cholera epidemics that struck the city.
Today, the old cemetery is hidden just underneath two of Montreal’s most stunning and popular urban parks – Dorchester Square and Place du Canada. They are a major hotspot for paranormal activity in Downtown Montreal.

Guests will learn strategies and techniques to locate and communicate with spirits. Ghost-hunting tools such as Dowsing Rods, EMF Readers, Temperatures Guns and other devices will be made available to reach out to the many deranged spirits that haunt the Old Sainte Antoine Cholera Cemetery undereath present-day Dorchester Square.

Not only will guests learn about the cemetery’s ghosts and paranormal activities, but also a haunted statue and the haunted buildings that surround the cemetery’s urban environment, such as the Sun Life Building, Old Windsor Hotel, Chateau Champlain Hotel, St George’s Anglican Church and Marie-Reine-du Monde Cathedral and Basilica.

Dominic was a great tour guide, he told us about all of the history of the cemetery and helped us communicate with some entities , it was very interesting and very creepy. i would definitely recommend haunted montreal to people who enjoy a few good ghost stories & paranormal activity 😄🙌🏼

Malgré la pluie toute la soirée, nous avons réussis à entrer en contact avec des défunts grace à différents accessoires et applications que Dominique a eu la patience et le plaisir de nous expliquer comment ils fonctionnent. Excellente activité pour ceux qui commencent à s’initier à ce genre d’activité. Excellent moyen d’encourager l’intérêt envers l’histoire et l’architecture chez nos adolescents. J’y étais avec ma grande « petite » adolescente de 15 ans et Dominique faisait bien attention de filtrer l’information au début,lui-même papa, jusqu’à ce que je l’autorise à ne pas mettre de filtre, ma fille étant une fan de films d’horreur et d’histoires à faire peur. Je vous encourage à le dire si c’est le cas pour vous assurer de vivre une expérience à la hauteur de vos attentes. Malheureusement hier quelques accessoires ne fonctionnaient pas bien mais cela arrive et nous avons quand même pu en équipe de 2, utiliser un détecteur de champs électromagnétiques. Il y avait des cat balls, une musicbox et un radio bluetooth avec une application pour entendre les réponses. Je suggère simplement aux organisateurs d’inclure quelques applications de base en référence dans la fiche de l’activité que l’on puisse télécharger avant l’activité et apprendre à utiliser une fois sur place. Il a su capter l'intérêt d'adolescents, ce n'est pas rien! Plusieurs "outils" ont été mis à notre disposition afin de pouvoir entrer en communication avec les esprits de ceux qui hantent ce cimetière. We did the tour on Sunday the 29th and were welcomed with open arms and plenty of electromagnetic energy. The guide, Dominique, was well spoken and very informed on the history of the Saint Antoine cemetery and the surrounding buildings. We were able to do some investigating of our own and ask questions to the spirits that rest beneath us. I definitely recommend anyone interested in the paranormal to do this tour.
