2 days to the Erg Chigaga Desert from Ouarzazate. A great opportunity to discover different fortified Kasbahs: Amezrou, then Draa Valley, in order to spend an overnight at the Nomadic Desert Camp. Itinerary
Day 1: Day 1 OUARZAZATE - FOUM ZGUID - LAKE IRIQUI - ERG CHIGAGA DUNES (6 hours drive)
Stop At: Foum Zguid, Foum Zguid, Guelmim-Oued Noun
Departure in the morning direction to Erg Chigaga through Taznakht.
We will have lunch in Foum Zguid
Duration: 1 hour
Stop At: Nationalpark D’Iriqui, Tata Morocco
and continue to dry salt Lake Iriqui and the dunes of Erg Chigaga.
Duration: 15 minutes
Stop At: Erg Chigaga، Morocco
We´ll arrive at a camp with Berber tents in Chigaga, walking in the dunes to enjoy the sunset.
Dinner and overnight in the camp.
Duration: 12 hours

Day 2: Day 2 ERG CHIGAGA DUNES - MHAMID - TAMEGROUT - ZAGORA - DRAA VALLEY - OUARZAZATE
Stop At: M'Hamid, M'Hamid, Souss-Massa
After breakfast, we will drive to M’hamid crossing 64 km through the dunes and oases of the Hamada desert.
Duration: 1 day
Stop At: Tamegroute, Valle du Daraa, Zagora Morocco
After M’hamid, we will stop at Tamegrout to visit the Koranic Library and the underground Kasbah.
Duration: 30 minutes
Stop At: Zagora, Zagora, Souss-Massa
We arrive in Zagora around noon to have lunch
Duration: 1 hour
Pass By: Ouarzazate, Ouarzazate, Draa-Tafilalet
and continue through Draa Valley back to Ouarzazate.
