Once we arrive at our destination we make a tour, of about 1h, all together for the city telling local history and traditions, then we leave the customers free to walk freely among the markets and the streets of the center for about 2h (my team and I are anyway always available )

When we arrive at our destination, we take a tour of about 15 minutes all together for the city, telling local history and traditions, then we leave the customers free to walk freely among the markets and downtown streets for about 1 hour

When we arrive at our destination, we take a tour of about 30 minutes, all together for the city, telling local history and traditions, then we leave the customers free to walk freely among the markets and the downtown streets for about 2 hours.

Great tour up the Adige valley from Bolzano to Innsbruck for the Christmas Market with stops on the way back in Vipiteno, Bressanone and Chuisa Christmas Markets. Matteo gave us a quick guided tour around Innsbruck before leaving us to wander around. Matteo was very friendly and knowledgeable and managed a detour to get around a traffic jam on the autostrada. Purtroppo non è possibile dare zero stelle ma zero è stata la loro professionalità. Prenotato, tramite booking, con qualche giorno di anticipo i mercatini di Innsbruck Vipiteno Bressanone da Bolzano. Bene, il giorno prima dell'escursione mando un messaggio WhatsApp al numero indicato per confermare luogo ed ora di incontro. Nessun riscontro. Bene. Giorno della escursione (ore 8:30), mando altro messaggio dicendo che eravamo in hotel ad aspettarli. Zero riscontro. Capito che qualcosa non andava, chiamo più volte, invano. Prova la mia compagna (numero non conosciuto dal tizio organizzatore) ed stavolta risponde, sostenendo fosse stato male e l'impossibilità del tour. Vergognoso non si fosse spontaneamente fatto vivo per comunicarlo (laddove fosse vero che stesse male) nonostante l'orario del tour già fosse spirato da diversi minuti. Poi mi immagino abbiano più di un mezzo e più di una guida, nulla invece per fornire un'alternativa. Zero professionalità, inaffidabilità, attenzione per il cliente che ha già pagato 300€ e si trova con la giornata rovinata. Evitare, stare alla larga da soggetti improvvisati!!!!Abbiamo trascorso con Matteo una giornata fantastica. Matteo è una persona gentilissima come professionale. Conosce bene il territorio e quindi ha saputo arricchire con molti dettagli l'escursione. Sulle 3 cittadine visitate che dire.... Fantastiche e l'atmosfera del natale tende sempre tutto ...
Abbiamo trascorso con Matteo una giornata fantastica. Matteo è una persona gentilissima come professionale. Conosce bene il territorio e quindi ha saputo arricchire con molti dettagli l'escursione. Sulle 3 cittadine visitate che dire.... Fantastiche e l'atmosfera del natale tende sempre tutto più bello.
