- Not wheelchair accessible
- Infants must sit on laps
- Not recommended for pregnant travelers
- No heart problems or other serious medical conditions
- Most travelers can participate
- Kids below 4 years old are not advised to join the tour
- Guests consumed alcohol drinks (wine, beer or similar) before the trip are refused to join the tour, no refund.
- Children under 15 years old with height from 155cm and above are charged as adults
- This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund
- This is a private tour/activity. Only your group will participate
- Confirmation will be received at time of booking

It was a great tour with Duuk and Lee they were great guides! We went on this tour with our kids in the age of 14, 12 and 5 years old. Duuk guided our little girl and she had the best first snorkeling experience ever. So had our boys! Beauty coral and fishes

Great communication and booking procedure via whatsapp. Our guide was Andy, he was super. Speed boat to the snorkeling sights was an adventure in itself, highly recommend taking sea sickness tablets. But was super fun and great experience being airbourne! Amount of snorkeling time was perfect for my 7 and 4 year old newbie snorklers. Plenty of coral and fish to see. Because the tour is private you can stay as long or short as you want at each stop. The private island at the last stop is beautiful (but need to wear thongs as my daughters foot was cut stepping on rubbish). The fruit and drinks which are included in the tour are delicious. Showers and bathroom facilities are also included which is great as we saw other tour groups need people to pay to have a shower (only cold water no hot). We had a great experience with OnBird Phu Quoc. We were a party of 7 (including a < 9 years old child) inexperienced snorkelers. Apart from being very knowledgeable about the coral reefs, our guides Tuan “Tuna” and Le were thorough, patient, and accommodating. Our guides were very attentive- making sure we don’t fall too behind esp with our young daughter and yet not rushing us. The equipments were high quality and clean. We really enjoyed this experience.
