Hiring a bike was great especially as the weather turned out to be beautiful. Sadly this had an impact on the experience as the supplier was extremely busy and weren’t prepared for the demand. As a result, because we had other plans we weren’t able to utilise the hire for the full 2 hours. That said I would recommend to friends and I would be happy to use again.Dan was a great tour guide. He was funny, kind and knowledgable. He took care every single one of us in the group and made everyone feel welcome. Highly recommend.

Such a great way to get around and see the sights of central park. Roberto dealt with us at the shop, we returned the bikes 15 mins late but Roberto was ok. The bikes could do with servicing as a couple of them that we hired didn't change gear very well. We also hired bikes from the Brooklyn bridge branch, rode across Brooklyn bridge and back over Manhattan bridge, up to Union Square, back down Broadway to Little Italy, where we stopped for a pizza and finally back to the store. The cycle paths on the road are fairly well marked out and we felt safe using them.
