What to expect
We will move through a gentle yoga flow on the boards on the water. For this class, most participants don't fall in the water (although you will get a little bit wet). We move slowly through our yoga poses while enjoying the illuminated water beneath our boards, the city lights around us, as well as the stars and the moon above us. A truly magical experience!

This is perfect for yoga beginners, my partner and I did the night time glow yoga which was cool having the water light up. Kelsey was a great instructor, everything was well explained and she gave us options for different levels of experience.

We really enjoyed our sunset yoga experience. The feeling of floating on an ocean with the water illuminated by the LEDs below your paddle board while relaxing into yoga poses is quite different. Our instructor showed us how to modify poses to cater for being on a paddle board and encouraged everyone to enjoy the experience, working at their own level and to not worry about falling into the water. Definitely a memorable and recommendable experience.
