Overall our trip was wonderful. "Jimmy was Great!!" Excellent tour guide and very knowledgeable. " Toseph" was also very professional and pleasant assisting with our tour. Our first stop was a view of the whirlpool very memorable and beautiful. Loved the Maid of the Mist Boat Tour it was everything. Cave of The Wind's Hurricane Deck was overwhelmingly exciting. Lunch at The Anchor Bar was awful. Bathrooms were a disgrace for both Women's and Men's. Meal option was nearly none existent so we decided to order off the regular menu which was not much better. Last stop was the Helicopter ride through Rainbow Inc. advertised as 45 minutes was supposed to be 12 minutes. was literally a take up to the falls and right back with no information of what you are seeing. also booked other groups to ride along so back seat riders are very limited to view.First off, our booking experience with Viator was effortless. First off, our booking experience with Viator was effortless. I would definitely book through this service again. Secondly, the Operator, See Sight Tours provided an excellent itinerary. Our Guid, Touseef was knowledgable, friendly, fun, and really went above and beyond to get us in front of lines and give us the best tips. The day was full and great value for money. We started at Whirlpool park. A short walk to start the morning. We were then first on the helo ride in the morning (a long line had formed after we had already flown). Then we were off to the American Falls and the Maid of the Mist boat tour for which we got to cut the line. Touseef gave us tips how to get the best views and how to board and deboard the boat fast. Keep your poncho from the boat for the optional walk up to the falls which was refreshing. The observation deck is well worth the photo ops. Then we were shuttled off to Cave of the Winds. I would recommend getting a quick snack (they have hotdogs etc for purchase) BEFORE the cave as the line upon exiting was ridiculous. Also note, that if you are wearing shoes which you don’t want to get wet, the cave provides rubber sandals but you leave your own shoes on the ground outside. Kinda weird. The Cave was great. The hurricane deck was exhilarating. There is a short wait to exit the cave as there’s only one elevator. Then it is a short walk to Terrapin Point and Luna Island. Both offering exceptional views of the Falls and Canada. Lastly, we were shuttled off to the Anchor Bar, where there was no wait for us (there was a long wait for people who were not on a tour). Lunch was decent and the staff were great. You can purchase alcohol or additional items for an extra charge but lunch was adequate. Finally, we were dropped off back at the Seneca Hotel, where we were conveniently picked up in the morning. The pickup instructions provided by See Sight Tours via Viator app were very detailed. All in all, the value for money, the insights, and the lack of stress from having to drive around or find parking were worth it alone. On a side note, we traveled as a couple and were paired with a fantastic family of four who were so much fun and the tour was suitable for them also. Our guide, Touseef once again was excellent. I highly recommend this package. I would definitely do it again and I look forward to booking another tour (as this is the only way I want to travel from now on)
