My Wife and I were let down by another company who cancelled our tour the night before it was to take place. It was our last day in Toronto and was the part of our trip that my Wife was looking forward to the most. As a real long shot we managed to contact Zoom Tours and incredibly they accepted our last minute booking - our luck continued as our Tour Guide Fabio was the best Tour Guide we have ever had. He gave in-depth information, not just about Niagara Falls but Toronto as a whole. He was also very funny and took so many photos for us and the other couple on the tour. We visited the Horseshoe Falls, Skylon Tower, Niagara High Street, the Power Station, Cable Car, Reif Estate Winery and even the smallest Chapel in the World. We can't thank Zoom Tours or Fabio enough for their professionalism and the incredible experience. We went with our corporate group. Service they provided was superb. We enjoyed the tour a lot. We hired full size bus, it was brand new and guide was very knowledgeable from Toronto and Niagara Region. Aamir was superb.

Our original morning tour was moved to an afternoon/evening tour, and it was a great thing. We managed to see the Falls both during the afternoon and evening with wonderful lights Hornblower boat tour - the great experience of the sound and strength of this wonder of nature. Behind the falls - you can skip it, a bit overpriced compared to the boat tour. Our guide was Amir, who stopped on every interesting spot between Toronto and Niagara and made us have a full experience of the tour. We traveled in an air-conditioned minibus with 10-15 people in total.
