Overview
This motorbike tour is a top 3 best mountain pass in all of Vietnam. We travel through 3 micro-climates, weaving forests, jungles, waterfalls, and breath taking views. All while heading towards the #1 producer of vegetables, fruit, and flowers in the country. The city is dubbed "Le petit Paris" because of the French colonial buildings and romantic city streets. Before we travel the mountain pass we will see how villagers traditionally hand-make Hats, Mats, and their age old crafts. Climbing the Omega pass to a height of 1700 meters will make for exceptional photographs. We will eat the local food, discover the pagodas of Da Lat and its magical fresh air and forestry.

Stop At: Dalat Railway Station, Quang Trung Ward 10, Da Lat 670000 Vietnam
Your guides will pick you up from your hotel. On the way, we’ll stop at local villages to visit and see. You will go across the river on a wooden bridge made by the local people. Stop at a rice paddy field where your guide will explain how a paddy field operates. See how villagers weave mats, make chopsticks, bind the traditional palm-leaf conical hats (Non La), and manufacture rice paper and noodles. From here we continue on highway 723 to see sugar cane being grown and harvested, ẹnjoy some fresh sugar cane. Onwards we visit a Raglai village where you will learn about the customs and traditions of these minority people. From here we ride up into the mountains to an approximate height of 1700 meters. The cool mountain air will invigorate you and don’t forget to take photographs along the way. You will have ridden through many coffee plantations and understand more about the cultivation and production of the crop. In Dalat we explain to you why it is the honeymoon capital of Vietnam as well as the French influence that means that some call the town “The Small Paris”. You will get the chance to explore some of the thousands of greenhouses that line the hills growing beautiful flowers and vegetables. Make sure you see the Dragon pagoda, truly an amazing sight and tour end at Dalat.
Once in Dalat you have options to stay, ride back to Nha Trang or meet other onward transport connections.

There were 5 of us on a motorbike tour from Nha Trang to Dalat. Bob, our tour guide was very good. He started precisely on time and in fact it was our group that delayed the ride a little, but he was very patient. The ride from start to end went without a hitch that couldn't be resolved. One bike got a slight flat mid-way but Bob quickly brought it to a local shop and fixed it within 10 mins. He was very knowledgeable and took us to few nice sights. This was our second ride with Easy Rider. The first one we went from Hue to DaNang. Looking forward to another ride in the future.T_Flava

Just finished my 2 day trip to Da Lat with Easy Rider. Had an amazing time. Our guide Boo was great. Knowledgable and helpful. He showed us all the best places and took us to delicious local Vietnamese places to eat. Local knowledge was essential. The trip finished with a trip to the fish market in Nha Trang and a bbq outside the office with Boo and Jimmy, beer and a good chat. I would highly recommend Easy Rider to anyone wanting to take a motorbike trip or rent a motorbike in Nha Trang. Thanks for everything. FYI My top tips for your trip: Check the weather/season and bring thin waterproofs if needed Don’t forget a small backpack of essentials if you are staying the night in Da Lat If you are taking a GoPro I would suggest the correct mount (sticky helmet or forward facing handlebar - these can be purchased in Nha Trang)Y5667ZAjohnn

Was going to do a two day trip from Dalat to Nha Trang but due to a cancelled flight had to change plans which Jimmy was able to accommodate. He sent Boo to meet up with me in Dalat to spend an afternoon day touring around there. The next day we rode our motorbikes to Nha Trang and made some stops along the way. The is a beautiful drive thru the hills and mountains going from pine forests back to tropical jungle closer to the pass. We hit some mist over the pass but came thru it and had some great panorama's on the other side. I was traveling solo and Boo invited me to come over to their shop for a BBQ in the evening. After picking up some huge tiger prawns and a lobster with him at the market we cooked up a feast and washed it down with a couple beers. Jimmy and another client showed up as well for some good conversation. Then went and played some billiards with Jimmy afterwards to close out the night. Motorbike tour DaLat Early start picked up at 8 o’clock at our hotel in Nha Trang by two motorbikes as myself and my husband do not ride bikes we was travelling on the back. Our riders for the day were a gentleman called chunky monkey and a gentleman called Michael who was kind and very attentive to any questions or concerns he also had a great sense of humour and made the journey fun and very safe. we was unsure what the day would hold as travel to Dalat and back in 1 day it started off with breakfast of noodle soup at a local restaurant which was very nice, the set off on the trip towards Dalat 150 km away, the traffic was okay and it was an amazing experience to be part of it on a motorbike it really felt like we were much more involved in the environment and able to experience local travel. We stopped for coffee along the way which was nice and travelled to 1700 Above sea level with amazing views. It was a flying visit of Dalat stopping for lunch and to see the greenhouses, it really is a gardeners paradise famous for its vegetables and flowers and you can see the thousands of greenhouses as you approach the area, driving round Dalat there was a big lake and they looked a busy welcoming market environment. Just wish we had longer and if we were to do the trip again would definitely stop a few days or overnight. Driving back was a bit of an experience being above the mountains with the Fog and darkness setting in, I have to say Michael made be feel safe and his driving was skill, Would highly recommend this tour with Jimmy‘s tours it was so much cheaper than some of the tours being offered and was great value for money. Was a big drive but definitely worth the trip! Didn’t really enjoy the Train station but absolutely loved Linh Phuoc Pagoda. It is probably the most beautiful Pagoda I have ever seen! When my driver Mr Lee said it was special he wasn’t joking! Mr Lee was amazing and a great driver!

I met up with Leo in at the Nha Trang location and got on my own bike and we were off. The bike was well maintained and ran well. Leo gots us out of the city and we were on our way to the mountains. We stopped along the way to take pictures of the countryside and rest my bum. Leo was my guid...
I met up with Leo in at the Nha Trang location and got on my own bike and we were off. The bike was well maintained and ran well. Leo gots us out of the city and we were on our way to the mountains. We stopped along the way to take pictures of the countryside and rest my bum. Leo was my guide and I rode on my own bike behind him. He made sure to keep an eye on me and drove safely. Once we got in the mountains he stopped at nice spots to take panoramic photos. We then stopped at a little village for lunch and I ordered fish. I did not realize the fish in the pond were lunch. The lady came out with a net scooped up a fish and took it in the kitchen to cook for me lunch. It was delicious!! That are the little things that a local guide like Leo can show you. If you want to ride from Nha Trang to Da Lat, Leo is the person to call.
