The lights were amazing. The crowds were not fun at all and our tour guide wasn’t the most personable. She was okay but on our other Viator tours, the guides offered to take pics for us and were just friendlier all around. Also, it would be good to have the meeting place listed on the “cards” that go onto your apple wallet. I seemed to have to search my emails to find the one with the location address. Maybe you could include it in one of your reminder texts.
