The cooking demo was wonderful, the food was good the drinks were perfect and the instructor was very knowledgeable and entertaining. I will recommend this for a delicious taste of NOLA and a great history lesson

We had an enjoyable time! The teacher was informative and funny. Not only did we learn how to cook some amazingly delicious food we learned some history as well. It was one of the highlights of our trip and I would highly recommend this to anyone who loves food.
