We were messaged last minute(night before)that they wouldn’t be picking us up. It began raining and storming before boarding but they continued with the trip. Once on, we realized they completely over booked and there were too many people to the point you couldn’t move around. They served cheap liquor (as expected) and chips. The waters were too choppy from the rain so they cancelled the Rick’s Cafe portion on the Catamaran. They were friendly, but this was the worst excursion I’ve ever experienced.Me and my girlfriends went on the sunshine cruise, we docked at Margaretville me and one of my friends hoped off the boat to take pictures and grab a drink, within 15 minutes of us being off the boat my other friend was sexually assaulted and the crew watch it all happen and did not help. do not ...

The way customers had to depart the boat to get on another small tug boat was not only scary but very dangerous to say the least. You all need to do something better than that.

It was an 1.5 hr ride to the location which was expected since our hotel was in Montego Bay but when we got there we were told the boat would leave at 2:30 PM. We got there around 1 PM and our group ordered food to get something to eat before the sailing. Around 2 PM we were told that the boat was sailing now and we had to cancel our order. They did this blc it started pouring. We had to walk through the water to get on the boat, it started to pour & about 25 min of sailing we were told it was canceled due to the weather. My issue is we were hungry because of the unexpected time change of the sailing and why didn’t cancel it from the moment it start pouring. We still tried to make the best of it, asked the tour guide if we can stay back 30 min to get a bite to eat. Put in our order and was told right after that the bus is leaving now so once again we had to cancel our food. Now board a bus to travel 1.5 hrs again back home soaking wet and starving.
