Tienes que reservar antes un billete. Es muy fácil en su página web. Tb puedes comprar el billete allí mismo en el aeropuerto, pero te la juegas a quedarte sin plaza. Hay distintos buses dependiendo de la zona se Londres donde vayas. Es rápido y además muy agradable ir mirando ya las afueras y po...

I purchased tickets on the day of departure and the instructions on the ticket were to meet at a particular coach station in London. My husband and I arrived 15 minutes early and were told by the staff of N.express that this coach station was closed today due to the queen's funeral and we had to travel another hour to Wembly station. They said not to worry about the time of departure on our ticket, as the coach would accept our ticket regardless. When we arrived (and walked for 15 minutes in the rain on the other side) we were denied access to the bus due to the departure time on my ticket. There were many many other travelers in this same position. All other buses that night were booked out and N.Express staff just shrugged their shoulders and said to go to a hotel and try again tomorrow. We don't live in london and it was very late so had nowhere to stay, and had people expecting us on the other side of the coach that we booked and paid for. In the end we had to catch a 2 hour uber which cost us a lot of money. We have emailed National Express for a refund of the coach ticket, and reimbursement for the cost of the trains to get to 2 of the coach stations they told us to go to BUT THEY HAVE NOT REFUNDED OR REIMBURSED US A SINGLE PENNY. We have been chasing them up for over 2 months now and they are just ignoring us. My level of disappointment and frustration with N.E is extremely high, and I can't believe their lack of care for their customers who they have caused so much stress to.PY888

I was arrived Stansted airport at Sat 15.10.2022 in the morning, went to the National Express Coach ticket office, asked for next available coach to Goldens Green, sales lady told me the next coach will be there 3.05 am and go downstairs to wait, as they don't sell ticket, will need to purchase the ticket from the coach driver, after 45 minutes waited, coach arrived, the driver was so rude, unprofessional and impolite, he said that only allowed passengers who bought tickets online to go into the coach, when I told him that upstairs tickets office don't sell ticket, he said I don't served people like you, buy online only! What happens if people don't have access on internet, is that means people never able to travel again? Also, where they hired this kind of rude driver? No customer service at all! Ticket office don't sell ticket?! What a rubbish company, will never use it and highly not recommend.FTMDave

In August 2022 I travelled from Stansted to Stratford, single, €11 per person (normal fare was £11 but there was an offer through the airline). In June 2022 I travelled from Stansted to Stratford, return, £12 per person. All journeys were fine with great staff about giving clear information. The Stansted stop is easy to find, the Stratford one less so in a massive hub - it's in the new bus station. Watch out that the earlier you book the less you pay. I paid comparatively more for the August journey through having to organise my trip at the last minute.
