The Worst Service Very bad service. We were told there was a bus every 25 mins from the airport but there wasn’t. Since it’s runs on a first come first served, you have to be standing in the line 30 minutes or longer before the departure time to get a seat. Even then, you are not guaranteed a seat as the people with times get priority. We bought tickets for to and from London and Stansted Airport which could be used at any time just to find that the bus was already sold out online for our trip back to the airport. So really, you are not guarantee a seat at all if you go with National Express. We had to pay more money and just order a taxi to get to the airport on time. Like several people have already said, this service deserves 0 stars.The driver took tempreture but didn't ask people to wear facemasks, safe and comfortable trip otherwise

Dieses große Unternehmen geht absolut gar nicht! Wir warteten früh morgens an unserer Station, um den Bus Richtung Airport zu bekommen. Wir hatten ein ganz normales Ticket mit einer festen Zeit gebucht und zu dieser Zeit waren wir auch vor Ort. Der Busfahrer hielt einfach gar nicht an, weil der Bus wohl durch flexible Ticketinhaber schon voll war?! Aus Angst den Flug zu verpassen, mussten wir dann teuer ein Taxi buchen. Geld haben wir nur für das Ticket des Busses erstattet bekommen, aber nicht für die Differenz zu den Taxi-Kosten. Ein solch großes Untermehmen, sollte seine verfügbaren Plätze besser managen können. Si je pouvais mettre zéro je mettrais zéro J'ai pris la navette de Londres victoria pour me rendre à l'aéroport de stansted à 15h30 je suis arrivé à l'aéroport à 18h40 sachant que ma porte se fermait à 18h45. Résultat Des courses j'ai raté mon vol ( est c'était le dernier pour me rendre à ma destination) grâce à cette compagnie. PLUS JAMAIS . Si vous voulez vous rendre à l'aéroport ou sur Londres depuis stansted prenez le train c'est mieux.
