Nara Half Day Trip Walking Tour
Overview
As soon as we pass through the shopping arcade, we will visit Kofuku-ji temple where we can see the beautiful 5 stories pagoda. After taking some good photos, we will be heading to Todai-ji temple. The huge Great Buddha statue await you in the back. Our local guide will explain some histories and interesting facts about Japanese Buddhism and temples!
After seeing the Great Buddha statue, we will enjoy viewing Nara on the Nigetsu-do temple!
On the top of Todai-ji temple, there is Nigetsu-do temple where we can enjoy the great view of Nara. After that, we will visit some traditional souvenir shops and walk toward Kasuga shrine!

She knew all the little details behind all the lovely spots of Nara and made sure that the walking tour was enjoyable and interesting for all of us. We were served authentic Japanese cuisine as part of our tour package, and the vegetarian option was also very tasty! Naoko knew all the best photo spots and made sure we had some fabulous pictures to remember our trip by, especially with the deers roaming Nara. I would definitely recommend this tour for anyone visiting Nara.We were lucky enough to have Shin all to ourselves!
