Mykonian Farm and Bakery Class with Brunch in Greece
Overview
Inclusions
- Mykonian Farm Bakery class
- Brunch at the Mykonian Farm
What to expect
The activity takes place at the Mykonian Farm, where you must arrive just after 9:00am. You will be taken to a specially arranged spot in order to start our baking lesson and specifically with the kneading of the bread dough, an approximately 1-hour process. When we have finished, the dough is left to rest for approx. 45', during which time our farm tour takes place. By the time we finish, it will be time to continue with our baking lesson and to shape the bread into its final form.
When the baking process comes to an end, you will first taste your freshly baked bread and enjoy the outcome of your lesson. Brunch will be served with all the dishes made of genuine pure Mykonian products.

Me and my girlfriend took a baking class at the farm. The chef was lovely and we really enjoyed learning how to make traditional mykonian bread. Muhammad was also really polite and helpful, taking pictures for us and made our visit really comfortable. We loved it!

And big thanks to chef Mike for being an awesome host. I would totally recommend this tour if you have time. I would also recommend any of the cooking tours with this same group. This was an amazing experience. Mouhammad and Mike were incredible. This was an amazing experience. Mouhammad and Mike were incredible. Not only did we learn how to make bread, but we also used the dough to make bruschetta, pizza, and cheese pie with egg. From arriving and being presented with a special “welcome drink”, the day kept getting better. Not only did we eat all the delicacies we created, but we also got to interact with the animals, and tour the vineyards. It was exceptional!!! Kathy, Kim, and RoseAnn. This was a lot of fun! It was our family and a grandmother and grandson. The bread making portion was fun to watch. They made the kids(teens) do it. The food was amazing. With our bread dough we made pizza and a stuffed bread loaf. If you had never made bread or pasta before this was a good learning experience, but my husband and I make bread at home a lot. The farm was very small but it was fun to feed the goats. The farm is growing! We got to see were they were budling stalls for sheep and chickens. They are also talking about putting in a coffee shop. This place is very interesting and I would like to go back and see it when it is done. One reviewer wrote that it smelled bad because of the animals. In the area that you drink your wine, eat and make the bread you cannot smell the animals. However, remember you are on a farm so you should expect some of that.Making the bread and having it for brunch was a wonderful experience. The staff at the farm were great! I would recommend this class to anyone wanting to learn how to bake bread.
