Mudjimba Island (also known as Old Woman Island) is located approximately 1km off the coast of Mooloolaba. It is considered to be one of the best surfing spots on the Sunshine Coast. Circle the island at 500ft (150m) for a unique perspective. Pick out the foundation of the old cottage and see why it would be a treasured surf spot.

Booked this flight for my husband's 40th. I was a bit hesitant to start as I am scared of heights and had booked the flight with the doors off. When we arrived our pilot Shawn was amazing he did explain everthing clearly and there were no surprises when we got in the air. He explained it gets very windy with the doors off and confirmed we were ready for the challenge. I'm so glad we did I wasn't scared at all. What a wonderful way to experience the sunshine coast cruising in the air close to shore was just amazing. I cannot recommend this flight more. Do it you will not regret it! Omg the whole experience from ground level being reassured by Sean as I have a fear of flying and he explained everything in detail from how the plane works, the procedure's , safety precautions you name it, taking off , landing , turning. Now I am addicted and I love every minute of it and to see the coast line at this level is amazing and beautiful. Whether your a tourist or resident this is a must to do before anything else and well worth every cent. My partner and I will be going back and next is the Noosa flight which will be amazing. Thank you Sean so much for your reassurance and acknowledging my fears, as you gave me one of the most awesome experiences and memory which I will treasure forever. It was a surprise from my partner for my 30th birthday. The seaplane was thrilling and breathtaking at the same time. My partner opted to have the doors off which added to the thrill! I had an excellent time and would absolutely do it again. Fantastic service. A MUST DO!!

It was fantastic from start to finish loved it went for my 80th birthday with a mate was turning 80 this as well and we both had a fun flight it was amazing cannot wait to fly again next year

This adventure was a 30th birthday gift for my son. He was so excited and had a fantastic time enjoying the flight The pilot was awesome and a great tour guide The weather was ideal and the flight was something he will always remember I would highly recommend this adventure for anyone to experience
