We have learned a lot on our day-tour with her. She was very patient and kind and made the most out of our short trip. Even after the day tour, she still continuously communicates to us via email and sent great recommendations to see Japan. We are humbled by our experience with this tour and would like to come back and visit again soon. My tour guide was Chinami who was enthusiastic, experienced, energetic, and dedicated to making sure my tour was specifically tailored to my interests. Even with short notice, she was able to put together a truly memorable and enjoyable event. Imagine what she could do if you gave her more than the few days heads up that I did! May all your adventures be blessed!Chinami was a wonderful guide. I would recommend doing the longest time if possible. We got to learn a lot about Japanese culture and see so much! I’d recommend also renting a car if possible or doing a car service. We had a rental car and it helped a lot!

Our tour guide, Masako, helped us make a dream come true. This is our 3rd trip to Japan but the first time we've ever actually seen Mt.Fuji and not just the base and clouds. Masako constantly was in touch with us beforehand and even responded to our request to start our tour an hour early this morning when we woke up and saw clear skies. As a Kawaguchiko resident, she knew of a small non-touristy restaurant to get a traditional hoto fudo lunch. It was wonderful as was our whole experience on this tour.We learned a lot from our guide Cindy, her knowledge of Japan is very rich and we had a blast with her. Thanks Cindy for everything

Me and my husband visited Fujikawaguchiko this August and arranged for a tour with Chinami-san. We’ve planned to visit several places which were a bit far from each other, and thanks to Chinami-san, who helped us to arrange a taxi for a day’s ride, we’ve made the best out of our planned schedule)! Fuji-san was a bit hard to spot due to clouds but Chinami-san did not give up and took us to an amazing place where the clouds were much less and we saw Fuji-san in her full glory! We also went to a local hoto (local specialty in Fuji Goko Area) restaurant and Chinami-san got us in despite the place being very crowded due to its popularity). The place itself was a sightseeing of sort, as the restraurant is situated in an old Japanese house next to an ancient Fuji-san shrine. It was a wonderful experience! Taking a guided tour was a great idea, specially if one is limited by time, like we were. I would also highly recommend to spend on hiring a cab, because public transport runs on hourly basis and it limits the number of places which can be visited in tour’s 6 hours. Thank you very much for showing us around, Chinami-san!! It was a pleasure :)!
