What to expect
You are entertained by live opera performances featuring arias and duets from "The Magic Flute", "Figaro' wedding" and "Don Giovanni" as well as "A Little Night Music". During concert breaks you enjoy dinner in one of Europe’s oldest restaurants - St. Peter Stiftskulinarium - first mentioned in a document in 803. This picturesque setting of the candlelit Baroque Hall is located in the heart of Salzburg's old town. The three-course meal is inspired by historical recipes from the 1700s, so you try dishes that you wouldn’t usually make at home. Musicians of the Amadeus Consort Salzburg, consisting of an exquisite chamber ensemble and two opera-singers, all dressed in authentic Rokoko costumes, inspire with a lively and first-class show.

- Wheelchairs: there is no lift, but wheelchairs can be carried upstairs by staff (no electric, heavy wheelchairs). Please arrive no later than 6:30 pm.
- Evening starts at 7:30pm, doors open at 6:30pm, box office is available from 6:00 pm.
- Late seating ist possible only during intermissions. Early appearance recommended.
- Seats are at shared tables and will be assigned on the spot
- Dress code is smart casual.
- Please advise any specific dietary requirements on the spot.
- Beverages are not included and are to be paid after the performance.
- This experience requires a minimum number of travelers. If it’s canceled because the minimum isn’t met, you’ll be offered a different date/experience or a full refund

This has been the highlight of our trip to Munich and Salzburg. The singers and musicians are young and so talented! They sang arias and duets from 4 different Mozart operas. All were dressed in period costumes. The concert/dinner was held in a lovely, candlelit Rococo ballroom. The program started with songs from one opera, followed by the first course, then more singing, then the main course was served, followed by more singing, then the dessert course and finally the last set of songs. The wine list had over 800 bottles to choose from. The staff was incredibly kind and attentive. Get the best tickets that you can afford so that you can be close to the stage. It's worth the extra money for this experience. Program starts at 7:30 but get there at least 30-60 minutes in advance.Amazing! The music was phenomenal in such a special setting. We loved it all. Apparently there was a program which we could have pre-bought that we didn’t know about which would have described the scenes being sung, but the soloists had wonderful facial expressions and movements which told the story without the need to understand the language. Lovely entertaining dinner which our two teens enjoyed as well thanks to the engaging performers. We loved the Mozart selection - some familiar to us, some not. The performances were lively and lovely. Concert started at 7:30 and was over about 10. The musicians and opera singers perform between courses. The food was all chicken based which was a positive for our family who tired of schnitzel and veal several days ago! We didn’t realize most people would be quite dressed up. Women in dresses, many men in sport coats. With my husband son and daughter all in shorts and nice shirts we felt under dressed but certainly we were not made to feel that way! Extensive wine list.
