After arriving in Engelberg, ride on the aerial cableway to the summit of Mt Titlis for roughly two hours of free time. Board your coach in central Lucerne (Frankenstrasse 2-4) , and travel south to Engelberg, a glorious alpine village tucked in the shadows of Mt Titlis.
Stop At: Bergstration Titlis, Engelberg 6390 Switzerland
On arrival, hop aboard the aerial cableway with your guide, and then ride to the glacier’s summit — some 10, 000 feet (3, 020 meters) above sea level. Take a ride with the revolving cable car "Rotair" and enjoy the spectacular sights of the glacier's deep crevasses and gigantic ice boulders.

Stop At: Titlis Cliff Walk, Along the Cliff of Mount Titlis, Engelberg 6390 Switzerland
Visit the Glacier Cave and pass over Europe's highest suspension bridge - the Cliff Walk! Take a ride with the Ice Flyer which brings you close to the crevasses and the Glacier Park where you can experience snow tubing even in summer! Enjoy magnificent views of the Alps from the restaurants or the sun terrace.

I would 100% recommend this tour. I am a solo female traveler and met two other incredible solo women travelers as well. The guide gave her speeches in two languages which may be a deal breaker for some but didn’t bother me. It was a quick 30-40min bus ride from Lucerne and then she gave us the tickets and off we went to have fun on the mountain! All of the experiences were great. We had good weather so the clouds came and went often at that high of altitude. The ice cave was super cool being surrounded by that much ice. The ice flyer is just a ski lift, so if you ski a lot, that might be a let down. The bridge was incredible too but we couldn’t see down very far due to the clouds. My favorite part was by far the free sledding if you allow enough time for it. If you have a small amount of time in Switzerland this is a great option to get to the mountains. We reached Zurich on 6th October at 7.55 am and cleared I'm immigration in 45 minutes We had purchased online a 2 nd class Swiss Travel pass for 15 Consecutive days. After clearing immigration we boarded a train to Zermatt and reached there in the afternoon.We had booked a self catering apartment at Zermatt.We prepared our own food .On 7th we visited Glacier paradise.In the afternoon we visited Gornergrat.Both the attractions gave some unique experiences.On 8th we went to Interlaken OST and took a boat ride . On 9th we took Glacier express to St Moritz.It was a great trip .We reached St Moritz in the evening. On 10th morning we boarded a train to Grindelwald and reached there in the evening.Here also we had booke an apartment hotel and they served free breakfast. On 11 th we went to Jungfraugh by train.Jungfraugh visit was very thrilling and safety measures by the Swiss authorities are seen to be believed. In the afternoon we went visit Harder Kulm. On 12 th we visited Grindelwald first which was a very experience especially the views from the Cable car On 13th we boarded a train to Luzern.We reached Luzern in the afternoon. On 14th we did some shopping at Migros and Coop. On 15th we visited Mount Titlis..This was again a lifetime experience.On 16th we went to visit Rhine falls near Zurich.On 17th we went to visit Montreux.The boulevard at Montreux is one of the best in Europe .On 18th morning we boarded a train to Zurich for our onward flight to Bangalore.Swiss rail system is just amazing they run by seconds.Not only the trains even local buses are always on time.Swiss train time table SBB time table as is famously known is a must if you are traveling in Switzerland.You can download the app on your mobile.Swiss people are very hospitable though slightly reserved . Restaurants in Switzerland are slightly costly and there are no PURE VEG Indian restaurant in Switzerland.There are Indian restaurants in most of places in Switzerland but they serve both veg and non veg .It was a dream come true to visit such beautiful country.Seldom you will find so much beauty across the whole country.Indeed a great trip.Terri_B

Fun day excursion but VERY packed. Viator advertised this tour to have a max of 45 people. A double decker bus pulled up already 3/4 full, apparently coming from Geneva. We were loaded and unloaded like cattle. Sights were beautiful at the mountain, so you don’t mind being surrounded by people...

We were loaded and unloaded like cattle. Sights were beautiful at the mountain, so you don’t mind being surrounded by people and packed in a bus and then cable cars, you’ll have a nice time. Awesome experience at Mt Titlis. The ice flyer and cliff walk was beyond amazing!! The view from the top is incredible. Thoroughly enjoyed and the Switzerland Tours team was well organised and on time. Highly recommended!!!
