Pass By: Columbia River Gorge National Scenic Area, Oregon
You’d be hard-pressed to find vistas as stunning as these. At the western end of the Gorge, the view from Crown Point is a front-row seat to the mighty Columbia as its unfurls and cuts through the Cascade mountains. From there dozens of awe-inspiring waterfalls spill from basalt cliffs, lining the Historic Columbia River Highway, like the famous Multnomah, Bridal Veil and Latourell falls. The landscape seems to grow bigger, grander and brighter as it rolls east.
Stop At: Portland Women's Forum State Scenic Viewpoint, State Highway 30, Troutdale, OR 97060
The view is absolutely breathtaking and it's one of the best spots to soak in a view of one of the most beautiful places on earth: the magnificent, awesome Columbia River Gorge.

Stop At: Wahkeena Falls, Columbia River Highway, Troutdale, OR
The 242-foot falls is a tiered type of waterfall, named after the Yakama word for "most beautiful". While not as tall as nearby Multnomah, it is no less lovely.

Stop At: Latourell Falls, Guy W. Talbot State Park., Corbett, OR
Latourell Falls is a gorgeous waterfall that has the distinction of being the closest major waterfall of the Columbia River Gorge to the City of Portland. It possesses remarkable overhanging columnar basalt cliffs that allowes Latourell Creek to do a 249ft free-falling plunge with no contact with most of the underlying cliff, making it in one of the more unique such waterfalls in the gorge.

Stop At: Multnomah Falls, 53000 E Historic Columbia River Hwy, Bridal Veil, OR 97010
A waterfall as magnificent and memorable as any in the country is located just a 30- minute drive outside of Portland. Visiting Multnomah Falls, a 611-foot-tall roaring, awe-inspiring cascade of icy water, lets you experience the power and beauty of nature up close and with ease.

The tour is beautiful but I took 2 stars off for the tour guide. (Sarah) First, she’s behind schedule. We are rushing every time we go for a stop. We didn’t really enjoy of the view due to lack of time. I use Viator to booked this trip because I always had good experience with the tour and the guide. Sarah only talks to the passenger in front but doesn’t interact the passengers on the back. She doesn’t even know our names at the end of the trip which is unusual to me since our previous guides from other tours know our names one by one. Second, tour guide should keep it professional and avoid wearing any “political” views or “activism” clothing . People take trips/ tour to relax and have fun not rally.I absolutely loved this tour!! Adam Thorn Smith was the greatest tour guide! Very knowledgeable and passionate. I highly recommend him n this tour. We saw some beautiful waterfalls!
