We booked with Fiordland Outdoors as we wanted to support a small, local company for our Milford Track transfers. The staff and vehicles were great. The weather conditions made the boat ride a bit bumpy but the skipper was good and the boat was the first to arrive at the start of the track. We were happy to see the boat at the end of the track at the boat jetty. Our boat driver radioed the bus driver so we did not have to wait around and we had time to refuel with some food and drink at the cafe before we headed back to our car at Te Anau. Small, family-owned operators such as yourself are what keep Aotearoa tourism world-class, not the enterprise, mass offerings with which Real Journeys (who have received enough support from the government to blow on a rebrand to RealNZ in these times) try to swamp out the competition.
