This should be spelled out more clearly in the description. The tour was pretty good, it included a lot of sites, but the guide kept pointing out the dirty marble and the cleaning process. He was pretty knowledgeable on the Duomo, Galleria, and La Scala, but some of it was uninteresting or beat into you (the dirty marble) and other stuff was very interesting. He did mention quite a few interesting facts and pointed out less known things like blast remnants from WW2 bombings!Fabio was an amazing guide. Duomo is fabulous and the Scala was exiting even for a 'non' opera minded visitor.
