Itinerary
Day 1: Ouarzazate - Agdez - Daraa Valley - Nkob - Tazarine - Errisani - Merzouga Sahara
Stop At: Agdz, Agdz, Souss-Massa
Our driver will pick up you in your hotel in Ouarzazate and start the trip to Sahara Desert of Merzouga Erg Chebbi Dunes.
On the caravan route, the city of Agdez will charm you with its long stretches of palm groves and its orange colors. Close to the Draa Valley and surrounded by Kasbahs, it represents the typical landscape of Moroccan lands.
Duration: 30 minutes
Stop At: Nkob, Nkob, Souss-Massa
Nkob is nicknamed the village of "45 kasbahs".
It takes its name from the nearby N'Akb cave, which once served as a stopover for the Aït Atta nomads.
The oasis of Nkob is located on the slopes of Jebel Saghro, between rock and sand desert. The region is a paradise for practicing trekking among the diversity of Saharan landscapes
You can access the oasis of Nkob from the Draa Valley or via Rissani. You have to cross the hamada, a desert marked by thorny acacias, with abundant rock engravings.

Stop At: Merzouga Desert, Merzouga Morocco
Afterwards you will leave to Erg Chebbi dunes in Merzouga Sahara desert. Then it’s free time for lunch on the way before you arrive to Erfoud. Once you arrive to the dunes of Erg Chebbi, you will take a camel ride at the sunset to get to the oasis where the camp is located. Spend the night in the bivouac in Merzouga Sahara dunes under nomadic tents or outside under shooting stars. Play drums with the camel drivers. Dinner and overnight in Merzouga Sahara desert camp

Day 2: Sahara Desert of Merzouga - Erfoud - Todra Gorges - Dades - Ouarzazate
Stop At: Merzouga Desert, Merzouga Morocco
Today you will have to wake up very early in the morning to see what will may be the best sunrise of your life. You will set over the Sand Dunes of Sahara of Erg Chebbi to watch wonderful sunrise. After watching the sunrise you will go down to the Camp for breakfast. Then you’ll peacefully camel-trek back to the village of Merzouga. While enjoying morning camel ride you couldn’t fail to appreciate the unique beauty of the spectacular Erg Chebbi sand dunes – changing with the light as the day progresses.

Stop At: Todgha Gorge, Tinerhir 45824 Morocco
Departure from Sahara Desert of Merzouga. Taking the road of 1000 Kasbahs driving around the colorful Berber Villages. 80 km further, you will get to Tineghir. It is famous by its beautiful palm groves and Jewish quarter. While arriving Todra gorges (Todgha) its free time to go on trek along the canyons about 300 m high. It’s a preferred place by mountain climbers.

Stop At: Dades Gorges, R704 Atlas Mountains, Boumalne Dades 45350 Morocco
Lunch time at Dades then continue back to Ouarzazate. End of the Trip in Ouarzazate.

Nous sommes partis de ouarzazate avec nôtre chauffeur et guide privé MOHAMED et avons profité de deux jours fabuleux en traversant ,à l'aller , de magnifiques vallées, des gorges de toutes beautés, de nombreux villages tout comme au retour avec de nouvelles routes, nouvelles vallées et nouveaux ...
Nous sommes partis de ouarzazate avec nôtre chauffeur et guide privé MOHAMED et avons profité de deux jours fabuleux en traversant ,à l'aller , de magnifiques vallées, des gorges de toutes beautés, de nombreux villages tout comme au retour avec de nouvelles routes, nouvelles vallées et nouveaux paysages tout aussi fantastiques et désertiques . Nous avons eu la sensation de grande liberté , d'être seuls au monde à perte de vue et tout celà avec les explications très intéressantes et les histoires passionnantes sur les différentes ethnies des berbères de cette immense région et toutes sortes d'anecdotes racontées avec passion et professionnalisme de MOHAMED avec qui nous avons fort sympathisé ... on tenait vraiment à le féliciter et à le remercier pour son extrême gentillesse et son dévouement pendant ces deux jours extraordinaires . Nous étions tout simplement comme 3 copains entrain de découvrir et parcourir cette immense et superbe région. Et au milieu de ce périple inoubliable, nous avons passé une belle soirée berbère en musique au coin du feu et une nuit dans Le désert de Merzouga en bivouac après 1h30 à dos de dromadaire, et retour idem , en admirant le lever du soleil . très belle et riche expérience que je recommande !
