Best part of our experience was no doubt our host, ‘An’! With amazing energy and knowledge of all things south Vietnam and Can Tho, An manages to give you an authentic experience of life and history in South Vietnam. He does so in some of the best English we heard on our month-long trip down through Vietnam. We felt really taken care of and that we were in great hands with An. Hope to have him host another experience when we surely find ourselves back in Can Tho in the future!I'm so glad I did this tour, it enriched my understanding of Vietnam massively. I'm so glad I did this tour, it enriched my understanding of Vietnam massively. This is in no small part due to my amazing guide Tran, who was thoughtful, intelligent and knowledgeable across a wide range of subjects - from the obvious (what is that? Who built that? Why do they do it like that?) to the subtle (what makes you proud to be Vietnamese?) You couldn't ask for a better guide. The itinerary was interesting and hands-on in places, which I loved (but equally doesn't have to be). Hats off to my driver (6 hour round trip to my hotel in HCM city, at extra cost of course) and our pilot on the water. She was wizened, spritely and quick to flash a grin! You made my day Tran, thank you. The minimum is two people so I just paid for two slots as I was by myself.Dai is an awesome tour guide, we had so much fun going round the market with him and the lady who was driving the boat. Dai is knowledgeable and very amusing! Recommend this tour to anyone who wants to see Can Tho. Thank you Dai!

Ms Y was delightful and very informative. She definitely enjoys what she does, as displayed by her infectious enthusiasm. The Cai Rang Market itself is a shadow of its former glory, but still very much a must-see for first time visitors. The floating restaurant that we visited had pretty decent food. The noodle factory was an interesting stop, albeit a little touristy. The fruit garden was alright - we didn’t exactly come at the right season, so there wasn’t much to see besides a few select fruits growing. Overall, I think this tour offered pretty good value for what was experienced.
