We had a great time. We ziplined, horseback riding in the jungle and had a Dominican buffet. So much fun! William our driver was great And Papa Alex was awesome. I learned a lot about the area and felt very safe.

A group of 7 of us did this excursion, led by Eduardo AKA Sexy Belly! It was an absolute blast. The day started with horseback riding, followed by ziplining, lunch, and the waterfall jumping. We even had a trip photographer following us around through everything and you could purchase the photo...
A group of 7 of us did this excursion, led by Eduardo AKA Sexy Belly! It was an absolute blast. The day started with horseback riding, followed by ziplining, lunch, and the waterfall jumping. We even had a trip photographer following us around through everything and you could purchase the photos and videos after, since you can't use your phone/camera for most of it. For the horseback riding, some of the horses were a bit on the skinnier side but otherwise moved quite happily along the beautiful trail. The ziplining felt super safe and the scenery was really gorgeous. We had a safety demo followed by 6 exciting lines to ride. The food was fantastic and provided a great opportunity to load up on carbs before the trek to the waterfalls. During this part of the trip, it started with a nice hefty hike up through the woods until we reached water. Each waterfall we encountered had an option to jump in, walk around, or slide in (for some). The guides, Gary and Victor, were great and funny, and made sure to assist anyone who was uncomfortable swimming. We all were given life jackets and helmets as well, and were required to wear water shoes. If you don't have your own, they're $2USD to rent. On the ride back to our respective resorts, Eduardo dispensed rum and cokes, and beers. By this point the group of strangers we were with had all faced fears and experienced an awesome adventure together, so the ride back was giddy and goofy and full of camaraderie. Love the Dominican spirit and Atmosphere from the locals. Always making it fun! Beautiful scenery zip lining worth the adventure. Followed by Buggies along the beach was a lot of fun. Our Guide was so accommodating and great company taking pictures for us along the way. Thank you!

This excursion was really good and recommended. The physical activity level is pretty low to moderated. This excursion was really good and recommended. The physical activity level is pretty low to moderated. As long as you can climb 2-3 flights of stairs at a time and walk 3-5 minutes uninterrupted, you should be good to go. They come to pick you up from the resort, and after getting everyone they drive to their ranch around 45-60 minutes from Puerto Plata and the fun begins. On the same tour, they have ATV, Zipline, Horseback riding, and Waterfall. I only paid for the package containing zip line and horseback riding, $123 CAD. The tour guide was outstanding along with the zipline and horse-riding staff. I think the tour guide's name was Eduardo. They were all very friendly and helpful. I recommend this excursion. There were only two shortcomings: - The equipment they use, harnesses, helmets, the vehicle, etc, all are pretty used. For sure all are safe to use but the appearance shows the age. - They will bring two photographers with you. They take lots of pictures and videos from all angles and in all styles. In the end, they will tell you if you want the pictures you have to pay $80 USD extra. This is an obvious SCAM. It is not safe to use your phone to take pictures while going on the ziplines or riding the horse but paying almost the same price for the pictures doesn't worth it. I would say either buy a case with a lanyard, or a GoPro style camera. The pictures are not that good even. If you have any questions, do not hesitate to contact me.
