Pass By: Bordeaux, Bordeaux, Gironde, Nouvelle-Aquitaine
Meet your guide at 9:00am in the center of Bordeaux and drive to the Medoc wine region. Listen to explanations about the Bordeaux wines during the journey to the chateaux.
Around 10:30am, arrive at a prestigious Classified Growth estate of 1855. Walk around the vineyards and cellars, learn about the estate’s wine-making process, and finish with wine tastings.
Afterward, discover a charming family run estate of the region. Learn about their traditional way of making wine and savor their blends alongside some fresh bread and French cheeses.
Your tour will conclude with drop-off back in Bordeaux.

Our English-speaking French guide, Remi, was great--very knowledgeable and charming. He made a real effort to get to know each of the 7 people in the group and make sure that we were satisfied. In addition to visiting 2 chateaux and getting tours and wine tastings, he pointed out a number of other famous places and stopped by the famous Chateau Margaux for a photo-opportunity, which we all took advantage of. Overall, a great experience.Spent a great afternoon in two different chateaux. Our group was guided by Jérôme, who did a great job entertaining us and giving us interesting insights about the wine and the region. Grat stuff, would definitely recommend it!

I enjoyed an absolutely wonderful afternoon visiting the Médoc and Margaux winery regions of Bordeaux with my delightful a La François Bordeaux guide Kaio. His knowledge of wine and all this region has to offer was extensive…he could easily be a specialist guide at any of the wineries! I may not remember all the interesting information about wine and the wineries in the Bordeaux area imparted by Kaio but I will most definitely remember the merveilleux experience!
