The meditation experience of a lifetime! Tap into the peace and power of nature in Sedona with a caring, professional, and certified meditation and mindfulness instructor guiding you along the way. You will learn the spiritual significance of the Sedona vortex energy and how to tap into it for a meaningful and unique experience.

You will be in excellent hands as you learn about and practice:
* Mindfulness and grounding exercises
* The 5 essentials of meditation
* A guided 25-minute meditation that will introduce you to a handful of meditation techniques so you can identify the one(s) that work best for you.

Michele will share tips for how you can make meditation a part of your daily life.

Whether you are a total newbie or a seasoned professional, meditating outdoors in Sedona with Michele will be an enriching and meaningful experience.

What to expect

Itinerary

We will meet at a beautiful and peaceful location out on the red rocks. After a short walk (5 minutes) we will find a shady spot where you will enjoy a grounding mindfulness ceremony to help you come fully into your body and be completely present. You will learn about the vortex energy in Sedona and how to access it in meditation. If you are new to meditation (or it's been a while), you will learn about the 5 essentials of meditation and then be guided through a powerful 20-25 minute meditation. You will be exposed to a variety of techniques so you can find the ones that work best for you. Michele is a certified meditation and mindfulness instructor and founder of Sedona Meditation Experiences. She has taught hundreds of people how to meditate. You will be in good hands. Whether you are new to meditation or a seasoned professional, come join us for the meditation experience of a lifetime!
