You can do Sake Tasting in friendly owner’s brewery, have wonderful local Matsumoto food for lunch and drink great local craft beer. We will walk through famous street in old town as well as hidden places to explore more about Matsumoto city. Of course in this tour you will enjoy Matsumoto castle which is ranked in top 3 beautiful castle in Japan and is a registered National Treasure.

Meet Up with our guide at Matsumoto station and head to Matsumoto castle.

Arrival at Matsumoto castle. You go to enter Matsumoto castle and see inside of national treasure.

It’s like visiting to grandparents. The place is run by old owners. A lovely experience, delicious sake and enjoy having a look at inside of brewery.

What a fantastic tour! Very personalized and relaxing. Our guide was amazing, he was friendly and accommodating. Two highlights...there was a real samurai guarding the castle grounds who was so excited to take a picture with us and the sake tasting was A+. Highly recommend!
