Your chosen tour will be for approximatley 5 hours returning you to your accommodation.
Our first stop will be at an award winning Vineyard Cellar Door where a wine tasting experience and lunch will set the day.
After lunch, a fun afternoon will commence with approximately another 3 Cellar Door experiences where you will enjoy award winning top fligh vineyard wines.
Time permitting - A good wine starts in the vineyard, we'll explain how vines are planted, pruned, managed and harvested.
All Cellar Door tasting experience fees are included in your tour tariff.
Lunch is at the guests cost on the day, not included in your tour tariff.

A great way to see some of the smaller and more boutique vineyards of Marlborough. The tour group was small (6 total) and our guide Bill was very professional and knowledgeable.

Chris was extremely knowledgeable about different wines, different vineyards and the processes used when making wine. Would recommend was a great experience.

Would recommend was a great experience.We went on the 1/2 day tour with lunch at Saint Clair winery (own cost). Chris is very knowledgeable about wine and good company. Tasted at 4 wineries plus a stop at No1 Family Estate (champagne) very nice. It was a great way to spend the afternoon. Thanks for a good day Chris.

Chris collected us from our hotel exactly on time and this was a precursor to the excellent, highly knowledgeable and seamless tour he took us on. From the delicious lunch (with wine tastings) at Allan Scott Estate through three more wineries until our final stop at Nautilus Estate, Chris displayed an amazing knowledge of both the wine industry in general and the Marlborough region's wine varieties and vineyards. Loved the sparkling tastings at No 1 Family Estate and the beautiful cellar door tasting in the relocated church at Clos Henri. Chris was well known and welcomed at each vineyard, and translated to an enjoyable stop at each vineyard we visited. We would highly recommend Na Clachan Wine Tours for a great day out visiting a wide range of different boutique vineyards .Had Bill as a our tour guide, group of 4 (me, my wife and 2 ladies from the US). Had Bill as a our tour guide, group of 4 (me, my wife and 2 ladies from the US). Visited 3 wineries, starting with Saint Clair (were we had lunch), followed by Hunter Wines (where we learned the role of its founder Ernie in putting Marlborough wines into the world stage) and then Framingham (where we tasted a 7-grape blend, a first !) Tastings aside (terrifc by the way !), the other highlight of the tour was Bill, who made it all more interesting as he added facts, history and stories with his personal touch as we hopped from one winery to another.We had a great time. Chris was very knowledgeable and we learnt a lot. The wineries we went to were very good and ready for our visit. A great day.
