- People failing to show up for check in will not be refunded.
- Customers need to be at the boat 20min before departure time for check in
- Please let us know in advance if you have medical issues. The skipper has the last call on check in to decide if the trip is suitable regarding medical issues due to health and safety regulations.
- This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund
- This experience requires a minimum number of travelers. If it’s canceled because the minimum isn’t met, you’ll be offered a different date/experience or a full refund

It was an amazing experience from Dave and Jess. They were both very friendly and accommodating to us. It was a 2 hours journey but Dave decided to extend it so that we were all able to enjoy one of the most beautiful sunset that we have ever seen. The entire experience was very pleasant, we enjo...

The entire experience was very pleasant, we enjoyed our time with friends and even got to swim in lake Pizzas and booze were also provided. I would say that this trip was a good value for what we are paying for and it is definitely something I would come back to again the next time. What a way to spend New Year’s Day! Our friendly, helpful and informative crew made this a trip to remember. We sailed slowly across beautiful Lake Taupo to the Māori rock carvings before stopping in a bay for a swim.
