If you're going to take this tour, ask for Andres The Specialist! The man is sincere and excellent at his job. He took photos and videos of all different wildlife for anyone who asked. He gets amazing close ups on your phone by taking the photo through his zoom in scope. Get him while you can, a guy as knowledgeable as him will probably move on to teaching at a university instead of giving tours!Andres (Andy or Andres the specialist on IG) was our guide! Andres (Andy or Andres the specialist on IG) was our guide! He was so knowledgeable and funny and made the tour really special and fun! He made sure everyone was able to see all the wildlife and even took videos/pictures through his telescope for anyone who wanted one! I couldn't have had a better experience and learned so much!! I would highly recommend doing this tour with Andres! What a soul opening experience. Our guide , Andres, was like a biology professor teaching us the amazing ways of the rain forest. Sloths, monkeys, amazing vibrantly colored crabs and birds. The best was the blue butterflies floating right by our heads. So touching.

We had a great time exploring Manuel Antonio National Park with our guide, Rooster. He was very knowledgeable about the local wildlife and we learned so much. He was humourous, which made it fun as well. We saw all three species of monkeys (howler, capuchin, squirrel), both two-toed and three-toed sloths, and so many other smaller animals, birds, reptiles, and insects. The highlight was seeing a whiteface capuchin monkey eating a green iguana. We stopped for a snack of fresh fruit and delicious tea before heading to the beautiful beach. Overall, we had a great experience and would highly recommend this tour.We took the guided tour of Manuel Antonio and had an absolutely amazing experience! We took the guided tour of Manuel Antonio and had an absolutely amazing experience! Our guide, Andrey, was so knowledgeable and pas sionate about his work. We really appreciated that he took his time and didn't rush us through like some other guides we saw. He answered everyone's questions. And he made sure everyone got a chance to see all the treasures animals he spotted. He even took photos with our phones through his telephoto lens. This tour was the highlight of an amazing trip. I wish we had taken it at the very beginning because we learned some great tricks to spotting animals. Highly recommend! We did two tours with Iguana, the first was the Manuel Antonio nature tour and then later that evening we did the night time mangrove tour. We did two tours with Iguana, the first was the Manuel Antonio nature tour and then later that evening we did the night time mangrove tour. Both guides Andrey during the day (not with an S) and William in the evening tour did outstanding jobs Andrey (not with an S) he was a wealth of information. Without him we would have simply walked through the forest not seeing anything. But because he was with us we saw literally everything. Picking out a bat hiding under a leaf, finding a juvenile iguana because of his shadow on the underside of a leaf, sloths, howler monkeys, Whiteface monkeys, squirrel monkeys, so many things we would have walked right past without Andrey (that with an S) assistance. The evening tour with William was also a lot of fun, unfortunately it was cut short by downpour as we got closer to the mouth of the river into the Pacific Ocean. But still a wonderful (yet a bit damp) evening with a perfectly acceptable Costa Rican dinner to follow I would highly recommend these tours to anybody coming to this beautiful corner of the world.
