Day before they text you time and give you the name of the driver. The Mercedes car was new model, leather and so clean. We were lucky to have Fabrizio for all three of our private transfers. He was such a great guy! This is a first class company and if you are looking for a private transfer then be sure to choose them.Mauro was very easy to coordinate with and was very reassuring!
