My wife and I have been on four Madrid food tours. This was the most memorable. Not the most spots visited, but the most informative. And the dinner at the end was a nice touch, if risky. For us the group was great, but in today’s world , you may have some that want to bash…the other side😎. Not so for us. We learned lots of fun, meaningful, Madrid trivia. We have traveled extensively for 23-2(covid) years. This was fun.Daniel was a superb guide. Great sense of humor and informative without overdoing it. The foods and wines were great and gave a real “flavor” of Madrid.

It’s a good thing there was some walking involved or I would not have been able to enjoy the many tastes of Spain we enjoyed. The evening ended with my first paella. Highly recommended.

Wow!!!! What an amazing experience. Our tour guide was Daniel and he did an outstanding job planning our stops and what we ate and drank at each one. We started out with a super good red wine and cod croquettes. Then our next stop was Museo de Jamon where we sample many different types of cured ham, chorizo and manchego cheese. Our last stop was phenomenal. We had a bone marrow broth that was just delicious, followed a torta and other tapas, topped off with a great paella paired with a delicious sangria. we also stated 3 other Spanish liqueurs that I don’t remember the names for but where so good. Daniel did an awesome job giving us the history of Madrid and Spain as we walked from stop to stop as well as alot of info about the foods and drinks we were tasting. We had a very diverse groups of people which made it so much fun. People from the Philipines, Hawaii, Seattle, Germany and us from California. I can’t give Daniel enough kudos for making this such a memorable evening. We learned so much and we’re thoroughly stuffed by the end of the evening. If you’re going to book a tapas tour in Madrid, I highly recommend booking this tour with Daniel.
