Overall decent experience. Sometimes a little difficult to find the correct stops (keep an eye on the stickers). Good way to see the city.

If you book a one-day tour, it's for that day only, not for 24 hours from the time you start, which is not the case in similar tours we have taken in other European cities. When you try to locate a particular bus stop in the tour's mobile app, it takes you out of the app to the map app of your choice (Google Maps, etc.), but the search results for the stop are not precise enough to find the bus stop you need. Also, not all of the physical bus stops in Madrid at which the tour stops are labeled with a sign for the tour, so we found it frustrating to locate the stop we needed. Finally, the volume of tour narration is loud enough to be hear over traffic noise too much of the time. In all, we wasted too much time trying to figure out the tour rather than taking and enjoying it.It is wonderful to hop on and get dropped off to see something new around the city It brings you up close to all the top attractions My complaint is there is 1 location at least that has different hrs We stood there for 30 mins until I called to be told they only go twice a day, from that locat...

Find one of them and you are in the right spot!!! Good luckWe had pre-booked a two day hop-on-hop-off ticket for two adults and one child in the UK a couple of weeks before departure. We had pre-booked a two day hop-on-hop-off ticket for two adults and one child in the UK a couple of weeks before departure. We used it both days and it was worth it. Madrid is a big city and, having visited a lot a major cities all over the world, we have usually walked but not now we have a 4 year old. Gone are the days of walking 10k around Tokyo like we did or walk from Union Square to the Golden Gate Bridge (12 miles). With the heat our daughter, even being carried, just can't make it. The buses are comfy, she found them fun, you can visit lots of places and see many more than you would normally and there are two routes. The staff on one of the buses was a bit short but you will always get hit and miss staff. Day one we got a map, headphones and a ticket which set us up for the two days. Plenty of stops but some aren't as obvious as others.
