Additional information

  • Buses are adapted for passengers with reduced mobility. The features include an automatic access ramp, reserved space for wheelchairs with safety clamps and fastenings, and an extended ramp and kneeling system to the right of the bus
  • Hop-on hop-off tickets are not available for infants aged from 0 to 6 years old, as passes are free of charge

  • Please note: the regular Madrid City Tour service may be affected due to ongoing events in the city, adverse traffic conditions or force majeure reasons out of our control.

Overall decent experience. Sometimes a little difficult to find the correct stops (keep an eye on the stickers). Good way to see the city.

This is my second time in Madrid Buy hop on off bus because add new route (call extended route 1 and 2) I cannot catch any extended route Hours are not friendly and the guides roof about help us with this situation

Waiting time We tried a few bus stops to try and find a smaller queue and vacant seats on a bus. There were not enough buses and we had to wait nearly an hour for a bus with seats available.

If you book a one-day tour, it's for that day only, not for 24 hours from the time you start, which is not the case in similar tours we have taken in other European cities.
