No first aid kit of any description and I was stung but not badly thankfully. Visited an island where they kept a turtle in a dirty pool in poor conditions , Appalling!!! Driver changed without any info, wasted time in the morning since cannot find him, he didnt even bother to inform the reception just keep waiting in his car (with different car plate) out front. Hired this tour operator after seeing the numerous glowing reviews on TripAdvisor. Overall, trip was okay but several incidents during the trip left a pretty bad taste that made me feel that this tour is severely overpriced. Driver was supposed to pick us up at 7 am but instead did not bother to contact us and we had to request our hotel staff to help us contact him. He claimed he had a flat tire but I am puzzled as to how that prevents him from informing us that he would be late. Ultimately he picked us up at 8 am, an hour later than arranged. During the tour, we did not visit Nalusuan Island despite it being on the itinerary. Instead, we were brought to Sulpa island without our consent. We were also harassed to purchase overpriced drinks which made us feel uncomfortable. Barbequed lunch was a cold affair with nary a barbeque fire in sight - not the crew fault since it was likely cooked at 6 am but we should have been notified in advance as I certainly would not have paid for it. I do not believe it is impossible for the tour operator to arrange for the food to be heated up on the boat given that i see many boats having a merry time barbecuing away. "Best" part of the whole trip? The tour operator remained uncontactable after taking my money despite my several messages via WhatsApp, voicing my concerns. In general, i do not recommend choosing this operator unless it is a choice between life and death. Because if you do so, you would discover to your dismay that it is an overpriced tour by disinterested and insincere individuals.Ursula

As a women solo traveler I was bit worried to be aloune with 3 male staff member in a boat in a private tour I paid for . As a women solo traveler I was bit worried to be aloune with 3 male staff member in a boat in a private tour I paid for . But the staff there was very nice and the boat caprine and locals were very helpful and safe ! Also all three islands were full of other people and boats not over loaded full just some locals and tourist were there so it was safe. They help me with life jacket as I can’t really well swim much , the instructor came with me and help me to do the snorkelling safely and I enjoy seeing the fishes and feeding them. The local people on the boat staff try to sell you things if you like ,but they understand if you do t want to buy . I got coconut water from then. Lunch was fine seemed tasty , wasn’t sure because it was standing in the heat but the food seem nice the pork kebab was tasty. And rice and seafood and beans too. The help me to get photos done too hard when you travel aloune . The driver was nice and was always in the boat with me too and came aloune in third stop help me walking on the bridge I didn’t feel comfortable. The boat is load yes because it’s old and cheap but it’s good boat for the island hoping and I was happy with me experience. I think the company should be more fare with there prices for people traveling alone ! I don’t see any reason for complaining as some the other complained in there reviews . Boat had good space for siting and I was kept safe and I was help to walk over the boat bridge and stones and in the sea. Met some locals in one island and they were nice so is Philippines and thanks the driver Bobby he was very nice and helpful when needed also make me feel safe when around local people in seaport area . It’s average boat trip if you want something fancy then you can choice more then expensive tour from cebu tours ,but I was happy with the trip and thankful for the help in the snorkelling.Yes I would go again .David_J

Good conscientious tour operator, and the boat driver was pleasant. However, the boat had a very loud engine to the point that I needed to stand at the very front of the boat to preserve my hearing. I know this is not standard, as I’ve taken boats from Manila and Palawan both of which were much quieter. Maybe Cebu Tours thought I wouldn’t care as a solo traveler (no need for convo), but I do care and I write reviews. Also, at the first stop, a “salesman” boarded the boat offering a beer for 250 pesos (ridiculously high price) but the next stop offered the same beer for 100 pesos. Tour operator should have advised me of this but didn’t. On the plus side, the lunch was great and snorkeling on the 3rd stop was decent.Stephen_G
