Friendly greeting, Luxurious transportation. We had ordered the Beer cooler which we were able to enjoy on our leisurely route to the Hotel. I will do this again.

The man was waiting us right in front of the door when we came out of the airport exactly on time ( even texting the way he was dressed and the exact place he was waiting for us) . Perfect service.

We have a driver that we normally use when we come to Cancun, but he wasn't available this time for our move. Our flight arrived late and we got held up at immigration and customs. The driver was there waiting for us although we got in nearly an hour and a half after our expected arrival time. We have six suitcases three backpacks and a computer monitor. They got everything to fit as we made our way to Playa del Carmen. It was quick, easy, and comfortable. We'll use this company in the future if we are traveling with a lot of bags.Juan Daniel was great! Vehicle was in excellent condition and clean.
