A once in a lifetime experience to sit in the private residence home of a couple and share life stories. I don't know if all meals are just for 1 couple and the family preparing the meal but I am glad ours was. I was expecting to see a little more actual cooking. We only say the dough preparation for a pastry starter dish. The rest was already prepared. This did allow for us to spend more time getting to know our host and hostess as they did not have to run around the kitchen. They could relax with us as we all ate together. Just be aware if that possibility should you sign up and expect to watch the meal being prepared.We had such a wonderful time at Costanza’s home. My 17 year old daughter and husband got to knead and roll the dough used for our traditional and local appetizer. We enjoyed our conversations over the delicious four course meal.
