What to expect
Upon your booking, you will need to fill in the form with your name that you wish to be shown in the Welcome card of our driver. Also the hotel you would like to get drop off in Luang Prabang.
Before you board on the plan, please note us if there is a case of late arrival due to a delay. You can do that over the booking message system or via our email/whatsapp/zalo/instagram. There is no need to do it if you are flying on time.
Upon arrival at the airport, our driver will be holding a card with your name on it after the Luggage Room - it will be a common welcome place where you see lots of tour guides and drivers holding cards.
In rare cases, you do not find the card with your name, our hotline for support is: (Whatsapp/Viber/Instagram).
Our driver will safely drive you to the hotel you have listed in the booking.
