That it very difficult to find the place to pick up equipment. Was not told when signing up. And no one at the line/ entrance knew where we had to go to pick up tickets. Walked the same place 3 times. A tour guide from some company finally told us. And service was not friendly.

We were given also tickets to the river cruise, which do not have deadline and could be used anytime. We save those for next time, hopefully. Overall, this is the best value for money. Do not book with them. We were due to go in on 7th April. Birthday treat. It was pouring down with rain and no Viator team accessible as we searched high and low for them ahead of our timed entrance. No priority admission was offered. We asked the Louvre team for assistance and they showed us a notice to say that Viator and other ticket companies on a list were not valid. No Viator staff on chat or at the end of the phone. I am now arguing with them about a refund.
