- We do not use boats, all our water activities start from the beach.
- The activity lasts 3 hours including round-trip transportation.
- We recommend the 9 am schedule as in the mornings there is less wind and fewer waves, so the conditions are usually more favorable.
- As we know, the weather is a factor that can lead us to modify our day. Sometimes we will have to change location, re-schedule, and cancel (the refund will be issued 100% in case of cancellation by us). You will be informed of the options, and you will make the decision. Factors that could influence this are rain, high swell, wind, and jellyfish
- Unfortunately we cannot control the wind. In the event that strong winds prevent us from getting to the Arch we will spend more time snorkeling to make sure the adventure continues. We will not issue partial refunds.
- Your safety is our priority. When the conditions are not favorable, due to wind, high waves, or a tropical storm, we offer to change the day of your reservation or make a refund.
- Our activities take place on the beach and there are no locker facilities, however, you can safely leave your personal belongings in the transportation.
- All transfers are complementary and optional, therefore the price doesn’t change if you don’t use the transfer option.
- Pick-up times are assigned based on the location of your hotel or place of accommodation. Pick-ups start approximately one and a half hours before the scheduled activity time.
- Prices are the same for both children and adults.
- Participants must be at least 6 years old. Max. weight on tandem kayaks is 195kg/425lbs.
- Mask available for sale in the case it is needed. If the client wishes to change lunch for a box lunch (where applicable), these will be available with 24-hour advance notice from the client. We will reduce the capacity to 50% of clients and promote private tours to have a healthy distance.
- This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund
- This tour/activity will have a maximum of 15 travelers
- Confirmation will be received at time of booking

So much fun, definitely recommend. Our guides were awesome, the conditions were rough today after rains but the water was still so clear and the snorkeling was amazing.

Marco and Paco were awesome. I was hesitant to go solo but I had a blast. The kayaking was challenging but manageable. The snorkeling was so rich. This is a once in a lifetime adventure. I cannot praise the experience enough.

We can't think of a single complaint. Everything about our trip exceeded our expectations. It was so convenient to be picked up at our hotel. Our guides were informative, helpful and everything was well organized. The scenery was beautiful and the water was so clear for snorkeling. We saw puffer fish, sting rays, a sea lion and an eagle ray jumping out of the water! I definitely recommend this over a tour boat. So much fun!
