It was great and enjoyable tour. Everything is good but the number of bus is limited. The waiting time is too long. Suggesting to increase the frequency during the public holiday.

This experience was not a “bus tour” but rather a ride around London. The driver was not helpful or forthcoming — once we were settled in our upstairs seats, we realized we needed to go back down and ask the driver where we get the headsets for the audio tour. When we asked about the Thames boat ride that came with our tickets, our driver did not have any information.Didn't take us to the last location Covent Garden which was the whole point of booking as said tour ends at 6. Didn't take us to the last location Covent Garden which was the whole point of booking as said tour ends at 6. Got on at Paddington and was stuck on it over a hour as traffic not moving. Nothing to see on blue line. Left at least 1/2 hour at stops. Waste of time. Also reject first price they knock the price down 20 percent straight away. Wouldn't use them again.Overall very disappointed. Buses where very infrequent. Guide only on one bus. Earphones didn't work on other buses and where they did 90% was music and didn't reflect the location we where. The drivers never announced the stops to disembark.

Bought ticket at tower site. Representatives fromm different companies dressed very similarly. First rep have us a map and then turned us over to a"colleague"who showed us on the map where the river cruises were and suites to see, quoted us a price and sold us tickets for the next day. When we went for our cruise the tickets were not inclined. Multiple cruise people told us this is routing. Went back and same man who gave a false name of John said that we never asked for the cruise and the brochure wasn't even for Toot. He claimed misunderstanding. No. It was misrepresentation. Commentators on bus recording were childish and off little use. More time talking about clotted cream with no mention of royal academy when passing by. Would not recommend. So so disappointed, first time into London since before Covid and we were looking forward to catching our tour bus up to the Natural History Museum. So so disappointed, first time into London since before Covid and we were looking forward to catching our tour bus up to the Natural History Museum. I wish I hadn’t paid £71 and bothered, when we did get on a bus, the commentary was 90% music 10% useless anecdotes about Brexit, the cost of British private schools (???) and an Oyster card. No historical info whatsoever. When we did get to the bus stop we wanted, we waited 40mins for a driver training bus to go past (ended up getting a cab) and when we went to try again after the museum, the app said no more busses running on the blue line today (at 2:30pm)???? Such an utter shambles and such a shame, I have contacted customer services but will wait to see if they respond.
