A great photo opportunity of Renaissance Florence with beautiful views across the River Arno and the Ponte Vecchio, the Cathedral with Giotto's Tower and Palazzo Vecchio.

If you wish to see Michelangelo's original David, we highly recommend you pre-book your tickets to avoid standing in long lines. We will advise of an ideal booking time once we have confirmed your departure time from port. Once you have booked your tickets please let us know so your driver can ensure you are at the museum 15 minutes prior to your booking time.

Our tour guide/driver Alessandro was great. We all had a wonderful day. He was very informative and accompanied us to each sight explaining and answering questions. Took us to a great place for lunch! Very good driver and excellent guide, we were lucky to have him.

We were a family of 6 and had only 1 day to see Pisa and Florence. The private tour with just the family was perfect and well worth the money. Our driver, Alessandro, was waiting for us as we got off the ship. He was so much fun and knew exactly where to take us. Went to Pisa first before ...
We were a family of 6 and had only 1 day to see Pisa and Florence. The private tour with just the family was perfect and well worth the money. Our driver, Alessandro, was waiting for us as we got off the ship. He was so much fun and knew exactly where to take us. Went to Pisa first before the crowds. The kids got to climb the Tower. Then off to Florence. He brought us to all of the highlights and got us skip the line passes to the Museum. Seeing David was the highlight. He brought us to a great little restaurant that we wouldn't have found. The food and wine were great. Back to the ship in plenty of time. A great day!
What is not to like when a brand new Mercedes van picks you up and customizes your tour for you. Our guide was very nice and happy. He was very personably and conscious of my physical needs. It was very convenient because he took you to each location and we did not have to do a lot of walkin...
What is not to like when a brand new Mercedes van picks you up and customizes your tour for you. Our guide was very nice and happy. He was very personably and conscious of my physical needs. It was very convenient because he took you to each location and we did not have to do a lot of walking. He was willing to not only stop at the main attractions but was willing to stop whenever we wanted to take a photo along the road. Wish I could spell his name or even try to sound it out because he was wonderful. DO NOT TAKE a tour that is recommended by Celebrity cruiise...there were lots of complaints. For the same or amount or less you can get a private tour. We only had the three of us and the cost was the less than the Celebrity tour. With more people it would be even cheaper. Book this tour.
