He gave us plenty on info en route to our hotel which really added to the journey. We were very happy so used the same company again for other drives we needed, Innocent at the office was great at keeping in touch and organising everything. Very reliable, very good, and at a good & reasonable price. I can’t recommend these guys enough. I was ready to go half an hour before the tour was supposed to start. Didn't receive any message from the tour operator on where to meet. I sent 2 messages, both unanswered. I contacted viator support who got in touch with them for me. They came up to get me from the lobby. The driver was chastising me in the elevator in front of other guests, saying he's been waiting for half an hour... how was I supposed to know? I literally don't even live in this country and had no idea where to wait.. Also, i was the only person on the tour, so there was no excuse for sitting downstairs for half an hour without calling me. Them picking me up late made me late for the start of the tour at the cradle of mankind and i missed the first 10 mins. This experience is not worth the money, even if it runs smoothly. Also, avoid thus tour company, because I am currently writing this review in the car from the way back from another experience, sitting in traffic at 3:15 pm, when I was told the tour would end at 2.
