From the vine peach liqueur, to the raspberry liqueur or even the emblematic Crème de Cassis, you can discover the Burgundy terroir in all its facets.
We will also introduce you to more confidential productions (depending on availability, as these are still artisanal products): Rosehip or Verbena liqueur.

What to expect
Discover the last local craftsmen who continue to keep the tradition of Burgundy Creams and Liqueurs alive, they only select fruits and plants grown locally with old varieties, and produce nectars that are as good as they are natural.
Emblematic of Dijon, the crème de Cassis will of course be part of the tasting! But before that, we would like to introduce you to other artisan liquorist productions: Vine peach, Raspberry, Verbena and… Surprises depending on availability!
A not-to-be-missed tasting to relish the Burgundian terroir and (re)discover the pleasure of fruit worked with love.

We had a fantastic experience learning about the local aperitifs and digestifs that are specific to the region and the importance of IGT (similar to wine designations). The shop is beautiful and the owner is very knowledgeable and passionate about local wines and spirits. Highly recommend. They also gave us some empty boxes so we can use for bottles we’ve gotten in other areas of Europe.
