I had the most amazing time on this adventure! Steve was a beautiful guide and so very knowledgeable on the history of the area. By the time we reached the park from my hotel, I had a sense of the South African languages, traditions, and some historical perspective, which helped me better appreciate my experience at the park. I had no idea how close I would get to be to the animals! Our guide in the park readily shared his expertise. I felt as though I'd slipped back into my childhood and could enjoy the wonder of being in nature. If you can, make sure you go on a feeding day. Watching hyenas and leopards eat was a sight to see! Steve is an excellent guide! Steve arrived on time to pick us up and had snacks and water for us. On the way to the park Steve gave us information on the areas we were passing through as well as the park. The tour in the park was amazing. Our driver/guide was friendly and humorous. We were able to see the Lion feeding as well as giraffes, zebras, cheetahs, leopards, hyenas, wild African dogs, and many other animals. I felt safe in the enclosed vehicle and as a result enjoyed the tour so much more.Steve was amazing! He collected us from our pick up point straight to the park. He provided us with a brief history of South Africa and the park itself, whilst always checking that we were comfortable throughout the whole journey. Steve was amazing! He collected us from our pick up point straight to the park. He provided us with a brief history of South Africa and the park itself, whilst always checking that we were comfortable throughout the whole journey. The Safari Park was excellent and we saw most of the animals close up! The tour guides are knowledgeable about all the animals. At the end Steve was waiting to show us the shops and the rest of the park animals. He then took us back home, whilst pointing out the local famous landmarks and restaurants. We thoroughly enjoyed the tour and would definitely recommend!!!What an incredible place!!! You are guaranteed to see various animals in a few hours. We took the Alex tour and I can't recommend that enough! Alex has an incredible sense of humour and it'll be the best 3 hours of your life. This is a place I will visit again.
