I booked round trip private transportation with this company from LIR airport to the Riu guanacaste. The driver Ariel was waiting outside with a sign with my name. He was so professional and nice. My mother and I ended up booking an excursion through his company and it was the best experience ever !!! Highly recommend.I highly recommend Ariel and his team for all of your Costa Rica transportation and activity needs. We used them for airport transfers, Palo Verde river tour and the Rincon de la Vieja hike. They were always on time, professional, knowledgeable and flexible.

I booked transportation from the airport to the RIU Guanacaste with no expectations. When I met Ariel, I immediately sensed he was a really good guy. He was very accommodating with my family and I. I ended up booking my excursions with him and stuck with him my entire 5 days. This is a family business and Ariel and his family are the best you will find in Costa Rica. They are knowledgeable, honest and do not rush you. If he says he will pick you up at a certain time, he will be there on the dot. There was several times he had to wait for us…. When we arrived and spent about and hour and a half in customs and when we had to do our COVID testing at the hotel. Ariel got there the time he said he would and waited for us with no problem. They will even go off schedule to stop by a store for you and will show you Costa Rica in its entirety. He always respond to calls or texts, immediately. On one occasion, Ariel kept hearing my wife talk about all the mango trees. He stopped the van and picked a couple mangos from a tree to give my wife. I joked and said, “That’s how you shut her up!” and we all laughed about it. So, if you want fun, laughter, great fees and no hassle of rushing during your trip, book with Costa Rica Best Trips! I found This transportation company by chance after looking for more affordable options to get back to Liberia airport. From the last minute communication on my part, Ariel responded promptly and got us scheduled to be picked up for our return trip home within an hour of me emailing. They were prompt with pick up and safely got us back to the airport. We appreciated being able to support a family business. We will definitely be using them again the next time we travel to Costa Rica.
