What to expect
Treat yourself to a cozy location, a few steps away from the Vatican Museum. Take a moment and have an authentic
Italian aperitif: Spritz and homemade crunchy Romano Cheese and Pepper Chips.
Each participant has a single station to work from.
Prepare some of the great classics of Italian pizza: from the traditional Margherita to the one you like the most. No matter what your level of skill in the kitchen.
One drink is included in the menu.
Once your hands-on experience has finished, sit down in our cozy restaurant or the outdoor terrace to enjoy the fruits of
your labor. No cleanup!
Join our social table, sip wine with your new friends, take the opportunity to ask your Chef all the tips and tricks about Italian food and the best spot to be in Rome.
Classes are small! From a minimum of 2 to a maximum of 12 people.
The restaurant is wheelchair accessible.

I booked this as as surprise present for my partners 30th when we visited Rome recently. We enjoyed every single second from start to finish. We love making pizzas at home but wanted to know the real way of making Italian pizzas. We learnt so many tips and tricks and got so hands on making them ourselves and cannot wait to make them again soon for both ourselves and family, using what we have learnt! We will also be making other recipes using the recipe book you get through email following the class. The drinks and appetiser were both such a nice little touch. Experience/activity a meal out at lunch time all rolled into one. The lady (beginning with M) who ran the class was amazing, so knowledgeable and friendly and couldn’t have done more for us. So glad I booked this class and would 110% recommend it to people visiting Rome. If I’m lucky enough to return I would like to try their pasta class next! Overall the most amazing experience, I cannot speak too highly! Ciao!117jakobn

David was brilliant. And the pizza was delicious. Of course, you don’t actually eat the dough you’ve just made...it needs to sit for 2 days first! So when you’re done mixing the flour, water and yeast, they magically replace that with dough that’s been sitting the right amount of time, and you pi...
David was brilliant. And the pizza was delicious. Of course, you don’t actually eat the dough you’ve just made...it needs to sit for 2 days first! So when you’re done mixing the flour, water and yeast, they magically replace that with dough that’s been sitting the right amount of time, and you pick up from there (beating it up is so much fun!). You then pick the ingredients you’d like as toppings, and you even get to slide the pizza in the oven yourself. Fantastic experience! Thank you so much Chef David!
