- It is your responsibility to make your way to the bus stop from your accommodation.
- We recommend that you plan your trip so that you arrive at the airport at least 1.5 hours before flight departure if you are travelling abroad and 1 hour before departure if you are travelling within the country.
- Since luggage space inside the coach is very limited, only one (1) small piece of hand luggage per traveler is allowed to be carried on the bus. The maximum measurement for luggage allowed inside the coach is 40x30x20 cm (this only applies to coaches with luggage space below). Larger suitcases and bulky items such as surfboards, ski equipment and alike are permitted in the lower luggage compartment as long as space is available. Bicycles are allowed on board at no charge when space permits. The bicycle must be packed in protective wrapping.

Online tickets sales is very good. Frequency is good. Free on-board wifi is good. But there are some areas to improve. Bus is not stopping at some routed stops. For example I never seen how bus stops at Berzeliigatan, even though this stop in its timetable. It might be a stop on request but how ...
Online tickets sales is very good. Frequency is good. Free on-board wifi is good. But there are some areas to improve. Bus is not stopping at some routed stops. For example I never seen how bus stops at Berzeliigatan, even though this stop in its timetable. It might be a stop on request but how you can request it staying at bus stop? Recently there are a lot of construction work going in Goteborg but there are no information about route change neither on site nor in the bus end stops. At the moment and till August bus will miss several stops. :-( Also what was pointed earlier - buses allows very few minutes for onboarding even on the end stops which makes passengers nervous.Bus late, driver drivning extremely slow and fiddling on the iPad the whole time while driving. Maybe good he drove slow 🙀. Does not feel safe or reliable to travel with the bus to airport.

On my return journey the female driver refused to allow me on the coach, even after having read my confirmed booking documents, I asked if I could speak to the supervisor/manager she pointed me to an office in the station terminal, after explaining the situation and showing her my documents, the woman in the office was happpy to explain to the driver my paperwork was valid for the return journey. Unfortunately the coach driver had already pulled away. I appreciate they do adhere to a timetable, but I was only in the office for 2 or 3 minutes, I am pleased to say that the driver of the following coach was more than happy to allow me onto the coach with no such problem.
