Luis was a personable, knowledgeable and experienced tour guide. This tour takes you to Lucerne’s surroundings and gives you views/photo ops you wouldn’t otherwise have the opportunity to experience. We saw terrific views of the lake, the Alps, farms and neighborhoods. We even dipped our feet in the lake to test the temperature. The e-bikes were a great way to tour. Loved our tour with Luis! Highly recommended as he took us into farm areas outside of main streets, stopped for freshly made apple cider, cute smaller lake areas along the route. Not rushed and plenty of time to stop for photos along the way. Luis is a friendly, fun guide that made this an enjoyable tour for our family of 4 which included our two adult children (22&20). Bike rental guys & Luis ensure you have helmets and the correct size bike. Mine was bit too big before we started but as we did quick bike try/check before departing they switched me to a small (I’m 5’3). He provides headphones and communicates to you that way all throughout the tour so you can easily hear him as he tours. Have never had that experience on a cycling tour before which makes it way better. Luis did great connecting with me months in advance for info on our group. Very happy we did this tour while in Lucerne to get us outside the main city area during our short 2 day visit!Awesome ebike ride and we enjoyed the best sights of beautiful Lucerne! Luis Is the best biking tour guide. Learned so many interesting facts about Lucerne’s history and how life is today! Exceeded our expectations.
